Welcome to Elite Emerald Spa. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions apply to all treatments, services, and gift vouchers provided by Elite Emerald Spa.

2. Appointments & Bookings

• All appointments must be booked in advance, either via our website, by phone, or by email.
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for consultation and relaxation.
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid inconvenience to other clients.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately or is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in the full treatment charge.
• Deposits (if taken) are non-refundable but may be transferred if sufficient notice is given.

4. Payments & Refunds

• Payments can be made via cash, card, or online (where applicable).
• Refunds are not offered for completed treatments. However, if you are unsatisfied, please speak with our management team immediately so we can address your concerns.
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used within the validity period stated on the voucher.

5. Client Health & Safety

• Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before treatment begins.
• Some treatments may not be suitable for clients with certain medical conditions, or during pregnancy.
• Elite Emerald Spa reserves the right to refuse or adapt treatments where necessary for health and safety reasons.

6. Conduct & Etiquette

• We maintain a professional and respectful environment at all times.
• Any inappropriate behaviour, language, or requests of a sexual nature will result in the immediate termination of the session, and the full cost of the appointment will be charged.
• Repeat offences will result in a permanent ban from our premises.

7. Personal Belongings

• We kindly ask clients to keep valuables with them at all times.
• Elite Emerald Spa is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items brought onto the premises.

8. Privacy Policy

• Your personal data, including contact details and medical information, will be treated confidentially and used only for booking and treatment purposes.
• We comply with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR.

9. Liability

• All treatments are carried out by trained and qualified therapists.
• Elite Emerald Spa shall not be held liable for any adverse reactions or injuries arising from information not disclosed by the client prior to treatment.
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the treatment provided.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Elite Emerald Spa reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of any revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
